Thank you Douglas County Libraries for including me in this well-planned, diverse, local event at a beautiful venue, Cielo in Castle Pines. It was flawless, informative and just a good time for all! Catering By Design chose one of my favorite recipes from Eclectic Entertaining, Brie Quesadillas with Peach Salsa, and did me proud. I did a demo on my favorite kitchen gadgets. Who doesn’t like to learn shortcuts in the kitchen? Right!
