Carrot & Cauliflower Puree
Here’s the first recipe I’ve tried out of my new cookbook, “Make It Ahead.” Ina Garten and I share the same philosophy – keep it simple and stager the preparation! Here’s my Easter vegetable from her book, Carrot & Cauliflower Puree, page 169, five ingredients! This should go beautifully with the Steak au Poivre I plan to try for Easter too, YUM!
