There are only a few ingredients and they don’t require lots of chopping or mess. I’m almost embarrassed how easy this chicken recipe is…almost! This would actually be fun for St. Patrick’s Day since it has green pesto in it. Enjoy with my Irish Soda Bread, another fast and easy recipe, and call it a meal! Steam some asparagus and toss some rice in the rice maker and voila, dinner is ready!
