I am loving my new WiltonArmetale serving dish/cowboy hat! This piece can be heated or chilled to keep food at the perfect temperature. Place a small bouquet of fresh flowers in a florist’s tube to jazz up a monochromatic dish and voila! Presentation is half of flavor in my book. I served my Lemon Lavender Burrata drizzled with Aged Balsamic Vinegar in it last weekend. Think outside the bowl!
