Prosciutto-Wrapped Brie with Grilled Pineapple
Food Network posted this easy and delicious Prosciutto-Wrapped Grilled Pineapple and Brie recipe recently. Being one who is always on the look-out for new ideas, I was intrigued and tried it. OOOOOHHHHH yeah, this Brie is a winner! The second time I jazzed it up a bit with Sriracha® hot sauce on the pineapple. If you are not a spicy person, omit it. But whatever you do, TRY this easy recipe! Besides the sweet and salty flavors, it is easy and can be prepared days ahead. Labor Day is coming up and this would be the perfect appetizer for a BBQ. Warning – Do not expect to have leftovers!
