Eclectic grilling takes lunch to a new altitude!
Who says entertaining has to be confined to the dining room? HA, not me! Today’s lunch was a fantastic ski break at Vail Mountain/Belle’s Camp where communal grills are available to all who need them. Today’s menu: Chicken/Artichoke hot dogs , King’s Hawaiian buns, Peppers and Onions grilled in foil (seasoned with fajita seasoning and coconut oil) and adult beverages of choice, all packed in on the back…mine! This is so fun and a great way to entertain. Yes, think outside the four dining room walls!
