Food News During the Pandemic
COVID has changed our lives in many ways this year. We wear masks everywhere we go, use hand sanitizer like it is going out of style, children have been schooled from home and now some have a split schedule, or “hybrid.” Many people are working remotely. One of the few things that hasn’t changed is that we all need to eat!
It is a fact that we are eating home more with home-cooked meals during these uncertain times. Have you about used every recipe you own by now? You may also be confined to the home teaching your children for much of the day. How about introducing them to cooking? This is a wonderful opportunity to develop new skills using math, science and art in addition to cooking. Let’s make the most of these times and turn that lemon into lemonade!
