French Toast Friday….or any Day!
The OMG French Toast at Snooze AM Eatery lived up to its name the other day. WOW! This is a must! Snooze is a Denver area hot spot for brunch and this is why. Here’s the low-down about the OMG: French Toast sandwiched with mascarpone cheese, drizzled over the top with caramel sauce, strawberries and sprinkled with coconut flakes. Half of this came home it was so filling and it just as good the next day. You gotta love the presentation looking like the Rocky Mountains, too!
