Happy Apple Month
Apples are so special that they get the whole month of October! Sweet or tart, red or green, they all play well together. Here is the easiest recipe I will ever create…STEWED APPLES. We recently had a dinner party with Pork Tenderloin being the main event and these Apples as a side. Everyone kept raving about the apples, which was a little embarrassing because there were only three ingredients! It doesn’t get much easiest than that!
