Happy Birthday, USA!
What better way is there to celebrate a birthday than with a cake…of sorts? I love this fruit pizza for July 4 as it is light, easy, flavorful and pretty! If you are in a time-crunch, just buy a sugar cookie mix this time around. The real fun is decorating it to match the occasion. Obviously the fruits and icing need to be red, white and blue for July 4, but also think about other holidays and use the appropriate colors. I even like to link the colors to a team that I support during football season, for example. Whatever you do, have fun with this recipe and be creative!
