Here is a really fun idea that a loyal follower sent me using my Monster Cookie recipe. Bake a dozen cookies per instructions, then take the rest of the dough and push it into a pizza pan, bake for ~25 minutes at 350 degrees. Decorate and voila, you have a yummy, wheat-free cookie cake!
