It’s National Chili Day!
We woke up to at least eight inches of fresh powder in the Denver area, which makes this the perfect day to whip up some spicy chili. Thank you, Purdue Boilermakers, for creating the best chili recipe I have ever eaten. It has so much flavor and a little zip that it stands alone in a chili field. Full disclosure – this makes so much you will need your largest kettle and do plan to freeze a fair amount…or share! Serve it in a bowl with cornbread or, my favorite, over pasta. Oh yeah, try it!
