Greetings Fellow Foodies!
This sweet and tart Rhubarb Bread became a favorite of our friends and family when living in Wisconsin. I love it so much I even grew my own rhubarb! You don’t have a garden? Have no fear! Rhubarb is still available at specialty grocery stores so quick, grab some and bake up a couple of delicious quick bread loaves. Watch our YouTube video to see how easy the recipe is. Do you need the hard copy of the recipe? Here it is:
Summer is not over yet so enjoy what you can and include rhubarb. I like interesting and different foods and rhubarb is one of them. Most have heard of it but don’t know what to do with it. And, as always, keep it eclectic!
