If you ever find yourself in Memphis with a craving for cheese, I encourage you to quickly make a reservation at Pasta Italia in Collierville, just a bit east of Memphis. You will not be disappointed! I was introduced to a very hard and sweet cheese named “Grana Padano” and it was beyond description. Try it! I will be ordering it online and trying new recipes soon…or just eating it all by itself! This cheese is an experience…trust me!
