In a blender, whisk eggs until blended. Add in flour and oats, mix. Then add in milk and vanilla, blend. Set aside. In a 10" ovenproof skillet, melt the butter and saute the apples and almonds. Add cinnamon, sugar and salt, cook until apples soften and almonds appear toasted. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Pour egg mixture over the top of apples and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with maple syrup, fresh lemon juice and/or powdered sugar sprinkled on top.Method
