Ingredients
- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup champagne vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- Salad greens of choice
Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in salad dressing shaker with lid. Emulsify until well blended. Taste and adjust salt and pepper. Drizzle over greens du jour and enjoy! (After refrigeration, allow to reach room temperature and shake well before using.)
