- 1 baguette
- yellow mustard
- cheese curds from WI
- 1 cucumber
- Dill flavored cheese curds
Method
Step 1
#1 Slice baguette and toast slices. Cut into cubes. Place a dollop of mustard on cube. Skewer curd with decorative toothpick and place on top of toast. With remaining whole baguette, insert skewers and use as serving base.
Step 2
#2 Peel and slice cucumber. Scoop center seeds out. Push curd into center and skewer with decorative toothpick. Arrange on baguette with other curds.
