Super easy cheese and mushroom appetizer

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Using a pastry brush, brush butter on all sides of each mushroom cap, including inside the cavity. Spread cheese into cavity of mushroom until level with sides.Place mushrooms in oven proof dish.

Step 3

Bake mushrooms for 30 minutes, remove from oven and allow to rest for ten minutes. Sprinkle cheese with paprika and serve.
