Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler. (Melting them in the microwave makes it difficult to get them consistently smooth.) Turn off burner once melted but leave on hot burner. Prepare a large, flat container by lining it with waxed paper. Set aside. Firmly hold the stem of a strawberry and dip into chocolate, swirling it around until bottom half is coated. Place on waxed paper. Repeat until all strawberries are gone. Place in refrigerator, UNCOVERED, for at least 45 minutes. Serve cold.Method
