Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 2 T. flour (gluten free is fine)
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 tsp. melted butter
  • 4 oz. can roasted green chilis, drained & chopped
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal

Method

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in large bowl until blended. Turn into an ungreased loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes at 350 until center is firm.
