Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 2 clementines, chopped
- zest of one lemon
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 firm apple, chopped
- 1/2 cup craisins
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Method
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, place water and sugar and bring to a boil until sugar dissolves.
Step 2
Add: cranberries, clementines, zest, cinnamon, cloves and apple and boil for 5 minutes with lid on.
Step 3
Remove from heat and stir in craisins and vanilla. Cool. Serve with turkey, chicken or pork tenderloin.
