Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together: butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs. In another bowl, combine: cinnamon, chocolate chips, nuts, flour, baking soda and salt. Add dry mixture to butter mixture, combine well. Drop by scooped tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets, flatten slightly with palms of hands. Bake 8-10 minutes, cool on cooling rack. Cookies will have a shortbread consistency and are wonderful dipped in coffee!Method
