Ingredients
Cook pasta as preferred, set aside. In a large frying pan, saute onion and garlic in the butter, add chicken until cooked through and golden brown. Reduce heat and add artichokes, tomatoes, cheese, lemon juice, zest and oregano. Add pasta and vegetable broth and cook until heated through. Season with pepper and salt as preferred.
