Wash asparagus and chop tough ends off. Place in gallon size zipper bag. Toss in enough EVOO to coat. Sprinkle in lemon pepper to lightly cover all stalks. Massage ingredients around to spread evenly. Wait in bag until ready to grill on medium-hot grill. Using asparagus holders, place clamp in center of each stalk, fill clamp and press together. Cook on grill for a total of 6 minutes, turning a couple of times. Using an 'ove glove will make the job easier!Method
