Soak wooden skewers in water for several hours before using to avoid burning on grill. Skewer shrimp (alternating with bacon if used) and set in plastic container with liquid-proof lid. Repeat until all shrimp have been used. Drizzle EVOO over each shrimp, then sprinkle paprika and seasoned salt over all. For a little more kick in flavor, use paprika very generously, otherwise just sprinkle it on moderately. Flip plastic container a few times to evenly distribute seasonings and oil. Prepare grill on high heat and grill about 4-5 minutes per side. Serve immediately.Method
