Ingredients

  • 1 pound strawberries
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 4-ounces neufchâtel cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 cup powdered sugar

Method

Step 1

Mix cheese, vanilla and sugar until blended well. Place in a small zipper type baggie and seal. Cut a small corner off.

Step 2

Wash and hull strawberries. Squirt cheese mixture into cavity, place washed blueberry on top. Continue filling and skewering remaining berries. Arrange aesthetically on plate.
