Ingredients
In a food chopper, place green onion, ginger, cloves and jalapeno and mince. Or mince with a knife if preferred.
Measure the orange juice into a glass measuring cup. Add the minced items. Squeeze lime juice into orange juice cup. Add soy sauce, allspice, cinnamon and cloves and mix well.
In a zipper bag, place chicken and add marinade. Seal, shake and cover chicken with spices. Allow to marinate in refrigerator for at least 8 hours. Overnight is fine, too Preheat a grill to about 375 degrees.
Spray grates with cooking spray. I like to grill these on a ceramic plate warmed up when the grill is heating up.
Place chicken on heated grates or ceramic plate and pour marinade over top.
Cook for 7.5 minutes, turn, cook for 7.5 more minutes. Test by cutting into one and making sure it is not pink in the center. Or test with a thermometer and it should read 170 degrees F. Enjoy with rice and your favorite vegetable.Method
