Ingredients

  • 14 oz. extra firm tofu, drained and cubed
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into squares
  • Marinade:
  • 1/4 cup sriracha chili sauce (by Asian foods)
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 T. sesame oil
  • 2 T. onion, minced
  • Freshly ground pepper

Method

Step 1

Prepare marinade ingredients in medium bowl, mix well.

Step 2

To marinade, add tofu and vegetables and coat well. Marinate overnight.

Step 3

Skewer tofu and vegetables, reserving sauce to brush on while grilling.

Step 4

Grill ~3 minutes per side on hot and sprayed grill.
