Ingredients

  • 2 packages mini phyllo shells (near puff pastry)
  • 6 oz. brie
  • 1/3 cup raspberry spreadable fruit (or favorite jam)

Method

Step 1

Place shells on a large baking sheet. Cut brie into 30 small pieces and place into shells. Drop a dollop of spreadable fruit over brie.

Step 2

Bake in a 350 degree oven 6 minutes, serve.
