Ingredients
In a glass measuring cup, whisk together the lemon zest, lemon juice, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Slowly whisk in the olive oil. Place shredded Brussels sprouts in a large bowl. Pour dressing over top and toss well. Add dried cranberries and toss again. Allow to sit 15-60 minutes. Just before serving, add walnuts and blue cheese and toss gently. Serve at room temperature.Method
