Ingredients
Into a large pot of boiling water, drizzle some EVOO and add 1 tablespoon of the salt. Add the linguine and cook until al dente or personal preference. Drain. In another large, heavy-bottomed pan ( I prefer Le Creuset brasiers for this task), melt the butter oil and olive oil over medium-low heat. Add the garlic. Saute for one minute taking care not to burn. Add the shrimp, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and pepper and saute until the shrimp turn pink, about 5 minutes, stirring often. Remove pan from heat and mix in the parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, lemon slices and red pepper flakes.Toss gently. Add the pasta to shrimp mixture and toss well to combine. Enjoy!Method
