Slice baguette on the diagonal, 1/4" thick. Brush both sides of slices with walnut oil and then bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Mix together cheese, mustard, capers, zest and 1/8 teaspoon dill. Spread thin layer onto each slice of bread. Layer a slice of salmon and then avocado on top. Sprinkle with dill. Serve. Method
