Mix peach preserves and chipotle, set aside. Sprinkle seasoned salt and pepper over beef cubes. Thread 2 cubes and 2 slices of peach, alternating, on 6" wooden skewers. Repeat until all meat and peaches are used. Spray grill with non-stick spray, cook skewers once hot to taste. Remove k-bobs and brush with preserves mixture. Mix cilantro into mango salsa, serve with k-bobs. (If dinner is desired, just make with longer skewers.)Method
