In a large bowl, toss shrimp with oil, garlic and 3/4 tsp. salt and set aside to marinate while preparing sauce. Heat butter, chipotle powder, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and 1/4 tsp. salt in a small saucepan until butter is melted. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Use lid to keep warm. Begin boiling large pot of salted water for pasta, cook according to directions and personal preference. Keep warm. Meanwhile, thread shrimp onto skewers lengthwise so that the flat surfaces cook more evenly. Cook over very hot grill for a total of 3-4 minutes. Remove from skewers into a bowl, toss with Worcestershire mixture until shrimp are well coated. Serve shrimp over pasta on individual plates with baguette. Serves 8Method
