Scare your guests with this creepy appetizer at your next Halloween party! We did and it was so much fun!

 

Ingredients

  • Prosciutto
  • Goat Cheese
  • Boursin Cheese
  • Prosciutto-Wrapped cheese sticks (deli section of market)
  • 2.5 cherry tomatoes, halved
 

 

Method

Step 1

Using parchment paper, trace your hand and arm and cut out. Lay it on a serving platter.

Step 2

Assemble the "fingers" on the paper, which are the prosciutto-wrapped cheese sticks. Next, add the "hand" (Boursin cheese) and mold appropriately. Then add the "arm" (Goat cheese) and also mold. Cover all with prosciutto, tucking under arm and hand and covering fingers where they connect to the hand. Place cherry tomatoes on ends of fingers to look like fingernails. Add bling to ring finger, optional.

Step 3

Serve with crackers and enjoy!
