Boil salted water in a large pot. Using a Gefu Spiral Slicer, prepare zucchini strips to resemble fettuccine noodles. (available at specialty cooking stores) Into boiling water, drop zucchini and sundried tomatoes and boil for one minute. Drain. Return to pot. Add olives. Add olive oil of choice, salt and pepper, taste, adjust and serve.Method
