Tailgating at Red Rocks is the Ultimate Summer Outing!
Summer has officially begun with preconcert Red Rocks tailgating kicking it off. Last weekend at Red Rocks was epic with the perfect weather, my easy menu and Big Head Todd and the Monsters putting on another stellar performance. The menu: Snap Peas, Prosciutto Wrapped Cantaloupe with Basil Garnish, Grilled Avocados with Corn and Bean Salsa, Grilled Chicken and Artichoke Brats, Dark Chocolate Brownies with Raspberries and Sparkling White Wine. This is all so easy and such a fun way to kick off a concert. Pack up the grill, chairs, tables and cutlery and you are ready for the best tailgate experience in this special venue.
