Splendido in Beaver Creek is always Splendid!
July 4 weekend is booming up in Summit County, even though ski season has practically just ended. Be sure to add Splendido at the Chateau to your bucket list when planning dinners up here as it will surely please all palates. Last night we enjoyed Hamachi, King Crab Legs, Langostino, a Lemon dessert treat from the Chef as well as a Martini and Kir Royale. Small plates with special drinks got this holiday weekend off to a wonderful start!
