Blackened Shrimp beside Mango Gazpacho got a little smoky but was so worth it for the fantastic flavors we created! The  sweet heat of the soup was complemented by a little punch from the shrimp. Ohhh, it is fun creating recipes for cookbook #2….stay tuned!   more
