Who needs birthday cake when your mom (ME!) can make you a giant Monster Cookie? Ok, that might be redundant but it is what it is! Bake this 14″ cookie at 350 for 15-20 minutes in a pizza pan covered with parchment paper, cool. I sure hope he shares! more
